Julie and Ryan were one our (many) couples who had booked with us prior to the pandemic, were planning to get married summer of 2020 and then had to postpone their wedding to 2021 due to Covid. It may have been a long-awaited day but that made it just that much sweeter when they were finally able to celebrate with family and friends.
They chose to have their ceremony in the woodland ceremony site, a special choice for them as it was the groom's dad who built the lovely benches for us. Their reception was held in the upper lawn area, their food and smores bar were set up inside the lodge and on the covered porch. Every detail of this special day was thoughtfully planned to make it unique and reflective of them as a couple; from the brides in style ride from the dressing cottage to the ceremony site, to the personalized coaster at each guest's seat, to the fun smores bar for late night snacking, this couple thought of it all! This wedding really highlights how personalized touches create a wedding that will be remembered for years to come by all who love them.
