Have you been invited to a wedding at Addivia Venue but don't want to bother the bride and groom with lots of questions? You've come to the right place. We are very happy to welcome you to Addivia, below you will find directions to the venue, information about the property and helpful rules to know prior to your visit.

Directions and parking

Addivia Venue is located at 12797 Kings Valley Hwy. Monmouth, Or 97361

We are a Monmouth address but are located in the country 13 miles South West of the town of Monmouth.

If you are using GPS please begin to watch for our entrance and slow down 1/4 mile prior to where it shows our entrance being. Our main entrance is located on the North end of the property, where we have a mailbox with our name as well as a large cement sign just inside the driveway. The driveway on the south end of the property is for exiting the venue so that cars don't have to worry about sharing the driveway space.

There is ample parking for all events. A parking attendant will direct you where to park after you enter the driveway. If you require handicap parking or distinguished guest (elderly) parking please let the couple you are coming to celebrate know and they can pass those needs along to use so we can happily reserve parking close to the lodge for you.

Pets

With the exception of allowing one pet as part of the wedding party for outdoor events only, Addivia Venue is a pet free facility. We love furry four legged family members as much as you but kindly ask that you leave them at home.

Attire

Many of our ceremonies and receptions are located outdoors, which allows you to experience the breathtaking natural landscape and the beauty of the natural surrounding but does require walking on gravel, grass and dirt ground.

The best advice we can give??? Dress to impress, dress for the weather but most important wear shoes you can walk and dance in!

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any buildings located on Addivia property; the main lodge, North end dressing cabin or Waterside dressing cottage.

Smoking is not permitted in the woodland ceremony site or in the surrounding meadows.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted within 10 feet of any doorway entrances.

We have a designated smoking area with chairs for you to relax located under the large tree at the end of the lodge.

Please be courteous to our property and properly dispose of your cigarette butts in the provided ash tray.

Is the indoor lodge airconditioned?

Yes, all of our indoor spaces have air conditioning as well as heat. So no matter the time of year you will be comfortable while inside, we can't promise what the Oregon weather will bring if outside though.

Can we bring our own drinks?

All alcoholic beverages must be served from the bar. If Addivia staff sees self service (drinking from coolers in cars) that will cause the wedding bar to be shut down and no alcohol will be able to be served for the remainder of the wedding.
